SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed & Shipped within 2-3 business days of your purchase

Delivery can take up to 4 days

All orders are shipped through USPS -

We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for shipping in the US and orders over $50 are shipped FREE on us

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

Epic wear is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS.

If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping fees

Items are available for pickup locally - (Please select pickup in person in cart)

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 5 days of purchase with tags still attached for exchanges ONLY

To exchange, please contact our support team at epicwear2020@gmail.com for return instructions.

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply.

If the exchange includes the purchase of a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost

Once items are received please allow 2-3 days for processing

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed
